Bring on the Positivity!

Okay, so we can’t help but get sucked into the news and the negativity these days. It’s understandable. We’re feeling a bit lost and confused.

The world is focused on COVID, demonstrations, looting, violence, and unrest. We honestly can’t help it.

But if we pass the day checking in on the negativity, how does that affect us mentally? Our conversations steer toward the negative. Our dreams at night become negative. We awake in the morning feeling drained and upset.

Why not make a pact to create positive change?

We each have the power to affect change. Let’s do so in the right way.

If you’re ready to change the world, think about how your voice can really make a difference. Take action as a public speaker. Reach out to news groups and politicians. Create a community action group.

Get your voice heard!

Let’s make sure you have the skills to be heard professionally, earn respect, and have a proper impact. Now, more than ever, we need skills to be leaders, to negotiate, to manage cultural differences, to get results.

Open a conversation….. but make it intelligent.

Support your argument with facts and figures. Use a positive voice, education, and practice in order to steer change.

Set up your website or your YouTube channel. Create neighborhood conversations. Listen to others and hear them, and then ask them to listen to you.

Conversation and empathy are very important at this time.

Put your heart into it. Commit to it. Dedicate time daily or weekly. Keep it going and commit to positive change. It will happen.
